Day by Day the chances of you having to go into self isolation are getting closer. Instead of panic buying stacks of pasta, chocolate and wine why not use this opportunity to get healthier, fitter and lose weight.

This Action Plan will include a bulk buy shopping list to ensure you can limit trips to the shops (which I deem as a high risk at this moment in time) stock up on good foods that will store well over the next few months. Recipes that the whole family can enjoy and keep you healthy. Take the guess work out of what to buy make and eat and let me do the hard work for you. Individual plans can be adapted to suit special requirements when needed.

This Action Plan will include daily workouts that you can do at home with no equipment needed. These workouts I will coach and do with you! Bonus workouts with equipment will also get added in for those that would like it.

Join the community help and support each other through a tough time. You will be added to a private Facebook group where a plan will be set on what to eat and what exercise to do each day.

The government are advising us to exercise not only is it good for our health but also for our mental well being. Make use of the extra time on your hands and get fitter, stronger and healthier now. As well as the planned house deep clean, deep clean your health!
